Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of frozen acai puree unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • Toppings: sliced banana granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything gets mixed evenly.
  • Assemble: Pour the blended acai mixture into a bowl.
  • Top: Add your favorite toppings to the acai bowl. You can be creative here! Sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut are all great options.
