If anyone knows constipation, I do. Hard to talk about it? Yes. Should it be? Maybe? But we’re talking about it anyway. If we can normalize talking about mental health, we can normalize this.
How else can it get better?
My journey began when I was 23, diagnosed with systemic Candida.
It’s a chronic, life-long condition and if I take my eyes of the ball, I end up in a pit. And every time, the stakes get higher.
