Candida is the villain here. When I was 24, I was diagnosed with systemic Candida and have struggled with terrible gut health, skin problems, thrush, ear infections and fatigue.
A big part of constipation is an imbalance in the gut. By eating more plants and taking probiotics, we can help rebalance the bugs in our body.
Not really. Candida is always going to be present. That’s why we strive for balance. When our gut bacteria is within normal range, we experience regularity, less bloating and gas and more energy.
